RESERVATIONS
Open group play and private group sessions are available for booking.
A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied to the total cost due at check-in on the day of your event. All deposits are fully refundable.
OPEN GROUPS
Open group play is available on Sat & Sun. Reservations of any group size can be made for our open group play. Players will be added to the open group session upon arrival. Open group reservations do not have a time limit. Players will have access to play until all their paint is gone or until we close. Open group players will have access to all stages throughout the day.
PRIVATE GROUPS
Private group reservations are available Mon-Sun. Private group play will be assessed an additional fee of $100 per group & require a minimum group size of 10 players or more. Private groups will have access to all stages throughout the day and will play games with the people in their own group only.
REFUND POLICY
Cancellation requests require a minimum of 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations can be requested via email or phone call. No refunds will be given for "no show" or for any event cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. We are open rain or shine. In the event the weather is severe and becomes a safety concern, we will contact you with the option to reschedule or refund your booking.
